Welcome to Notixa. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Notixa platform, including our website at notixa.io, our APIs, and our embeddable widget. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using Notixa, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@notixa.io if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree not to use the Service to violate any applicable law, send spam, transmit malicious code, reverse-engineer the Service, resell without permission, or disrupt infrastructure shared by other users.
All fees are in USD and non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
"Lifetime" refers to the operational lifetime of the Notixa product. We reserve the right to add new features exclusively to higher-tier plans.
We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue the free plan at any time with reasonable notice.
Your use of the widget and API is subject to rate limits associated with your plan. You are solely responsible for the content you publish to your end users.
All rights in and to the Service remain the exclusive property of Notixa. You retain ownership of content you publish through the Service.
We do not sell your data or your users' data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy at notixa.io/privacy for details.
You may cancel at any time. We may delete your data 30 days after account closure.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect via email or website notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
